Mashed peas

Ingredients for 4 people:
• 350 g Steamed peas
• 1 vegetable nut
• 1 pc white onion
• Oil q.s.
• Salt to taste
Procedure:
Save dinner: pea puree, ready in less than 5 minutes, thanks to our steamed legumes !! Here is the recipe:
Put a tablespoon of oil and a small piece of onion in a saucepan, fry for a few minutes, add 300 g of water, 1 cube for vegetable broth and bring to the boil.
Combine 300 g of steamed peas and blend with a blender.
Dress with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Have a nice dinner!

Salmon with broadbeans and lemon

Ingredients for 4 people:
• 280 g organic steamed beans
• 4 salmon steaks
• Tomatoes
• Valerian

Salade Black Chickpeas

Ingredients for 4 people:
• 280 g steamed black chickpeas
• 2 Carrots
• Rocket
• Green lettuce
• Corn
• Oil to taste
• Salt to taste.
• balsamic vinegar
Cook the black chickpeas for a few minutes in the microwave. Allow to cool, wash all the vegetables and cut into lecarote fillets. In a large bowl pour the chickpeas, rocket, lettuce, corn and season vivacemte with oil, salt and balsamic vinegar. Legumes Soup

Ingredients for 4 people:
• 350 g steamed mixed legumes
• 1 carrot
• 1 stalk of celery
• 1 medium-sized white onion
• Cherry tomatoes • 1 clove of garlic
• Oil to taste
• Salt to taste.
Procedure:
Chop carrot, onion, cherry tomatoes and celery and sauté them gently in a pan with oil and garlic. Add the legume soup and a glass of water. Cook for 10 minutes. In no time you will have a complete and healthy dish!

Here is the recipe: Put a drizzle of oil and a little onion in a saucepan, brown. Add the rosemary, chickpeas and two glasses of water. Add the salt and saffron. Cook for a couple of minutes until the water has halved. Cook the pasta in abundant salted water. Season with the sauce obtained. Good lunch!
